The Green-ON Project aims to support your organization in embarking on a journey that strengthens your internal resources – particularly human and managerial, but also logistical and infrastructural – with a focus on enhancing sustainability and driving a green transition.
Green-ON offers a comprehensive toolkit that helps you, whether you’re a senior manager, a HR professional, a trainer or an employee, to:
self-assess your organization's current environmental management practices and green corporate culture;
explore the key areas you need to take into account if you are willing to make your organization a strong, innovative and sustainable one;
strengthen self-assessment and reflection on the importance of environmental sustainability, enhance skills in this area, and improve collaboration, problem-solving, and critical thinking through a card-based activity that encourages group brainstorming and discussion on these critical topics, reinforced by an eco-coaching method.
In particular, the training package will comprehend four diverse, but complementary, elements:
Green-ON Handbook
If you are interested in driving a sustainable transformation of your organization, thanks to this manual, you will learn which are the key areas you have to prioritise while embarking in this journey. You will learn about leadership and change management, eco-innovation and digital transformation, green HR management, circular economy and green office concept, as well as elements of eco-psycology, sustainable communication, corporate social responsibility and much more!
In addition to theoretical information, the handbook will comprehend exercises, best practices and micro-learning videos to make the learning process more engaging thanks to real-world scenarios.
Green-On self-assessment tool
This tool, through a series of self-reflective questions, will help you understand how your organization is positioned in the conceptual thematic areas identified in the Green-ON handbook; based on the results, you may decide to prioritise one area on another in the next decisions you are going to take to make your organization more sustainable.
Green-ON Card Game
The card-game will help improving environmental awareness, sustainable behaviour and eco-conscious organization culture in a playful and enjoyable way among employees.
It enhances soft skills such as system thinking, growth mindset, collaboration, and combined creative-analytical thinking; these skills, indeed, are key if you truly want to boost eco-innovation in your organization, and engage all of your coworkers.
The eco-coaching method
The eco-coaching method, as a creative combination of eco-psychology and coaching, will guide employees and teams towards positive, forward-looking green goals, and will help you finding more sustainable solutions to your challenges.
It is an immersive, experience-focused training ‘capsule’, developed to inspire a change of perspectives, and enhance resilient community spirit within organizations.
All the resources will be available in English, Polish, Italian, Hungarian, Portuguese and Greek.
