Scopri il progetto Green-ON!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Siamo ormai oltre la met\u00e0 di questo percorso che stiamo condividendo insieme, e ci sembra il momento giusto per raccontarvi qualcosa in pi\u00f9 su questa iniziativa e sui risultati importanti che ci stiamo avvicinando a raggiungere.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/cesie.org\/project\/green-on\/\">Green-ON<\/a>&nbsp;<\/strong>vede la collaborazione di partner europei impegnati, a vario titolo, nel settore dell\u2019educazione e dello sviluppo sostenibile. Consapevoli dell\u2019importanza e della responsabilit\u00e0 ricoperta dalle organizzazioni \u2013 private, pubbliche, profit e non \u2013 in un processo di transizione ecologica, nonch\u00e9 della centralit\u00e0 di alcune figure professionali quali manager, responsabili delle risorse umane e formatori, come motori e catalizzatori di questo processo, si \u00e8 deciso di promuovere un\u2019iniziativa che avesse come obiettivo quello di migliorare le conoscenze in merito alla gestione sostenibile delle organizzazioni. L\u2019iniziativa si concretizza attraverso un pacchetto formativo gratuito indirizzato alle figure descritte sopra che, attraverso vari strumenti, possano farsi ispirare e guidare verso quel processo di trasformazione verde che vede l\u2019eco-innovazione come un\u2019opportunit\u00e0 di crescita economica, strettamente ancorata al perseguimento di obiettivi ambientali.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Scopriamo insieme di cosa si sono occupati i partner di Green-ON in questo primo anno di attivit\u00e0!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Cosa offre Green-ON<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019obiettivo principale \u00e8 stato creare un pacchetto formativo con strumenti diversi ma complementari, pensato soprattutto per chi ha un ruolo manageriale, sia in aziende private, pubbliche, profit o no profit. Poich\u00e9 si rivolge a persone con profili e aziende molto diversi tra loro, il percorso formativo punta a sviluppare soprattutto competenze \u201csoft\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Gli&nbsp;<strong>strumenti formativi<\/strong>&nbsp;che verranno sviluppati sono:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>il\u00a0<strong>manuale<\/strong>\u00a0di Green-ON;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>uno strumento di\u00a0<strong>auto-valutazione;<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un\u00a0<strong>gioco di carte<\/strong>\u00a0(Greenispiration-ON);<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>un metodo di\u00a0<strong>eco-coaching<\/strong>\u00a0(Corporate ECHO Program).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Questi strumenti miglioreranno le competenze chiave in materia di sostenibilit\u00e0, anche attraverso un processo di auto-coscienza, e questo obiettivo viene perseguito in vari modi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il&nbsp;<strong>manuale Green-ON<\/strong>, suddiviso in cinque capitoli, sar\u00e0 il principale strumento formativo, con riferimenti teorici, nonch\u00e9 vari esercizi, video-approfondimenti e buone pratiche, che&nbsp;<strong>permetteranno<\/strong>&nbsp;di entrare nel vivo delle questioni. Tra le tematiche trattate vi saranno: l\u2019<strong>eco-innovazione<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>gestione verde del personale<\/strong>, l\u2019<strong>economia circolare<\/strong>, la&nbsp;<strong>comunicazione sostenibile<\/strong>&nbsp;e la&nbsp;<strong>psicologia per una gestione sostenibile<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Lo&nbsp;<strong>strumento di auto-valutazione<\/strong>&nbsp;permetter\u00e0 di mettersi alla prova per comprendere la performance della propria organizzazione rispetto alle tematiche affrontate nel manuale. I risultati ottenuti potranno guidarti nel dare priorit\u00e0 a una tematica rispetto a un\u2019altra nei processi decisionali legati alla transizione verde della tua organizzazione.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il&nbsp;<strong>gioco di carte<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong><em>Greenispiration-ON<\/em><\/strong>) permetter\u00e0 di avviare un processo di consapevolezza ambientale all\u2019interno dei team di lavoro, attraverso una riflessione sulle abitudini di ciascun\u0259, favorendo lo sviluppo di nuove abitudini per un ambiente di lavoro pi\u00f9 sostenibile.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il&nbsp;<strong>metodo di eco-coaching<\/strong>&nbsp;(<strong><em>Corporate ECHO Program<\/em><\/strong><strong>)<\/strong>, a complemento del gioco, fornir\u00e0 alle organizzazioni cinque proposte di workshop, indipendenti tra loro, finalizzate a rafforzare le varie dimensioni della consapevolezza e dell\u2019azione ambientale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A guidare lo sviluppo di questi strumenti sono le competenze ritenute necessarie e individuate, tra gli altri, nel&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/it\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/bc83061d-74ec-11ec-9136-01aa75ed71a1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Green Comp<\/a>, ovvero il quadro europeo delle competenze in materia di sostenibilit\u00e0.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Prossimi passi<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nei prossimi mesi le organizzazioni coinvolte saranno impegnate nella finalizzazione delle risorse in tutte le lingue del partenariato \u2013 italiano, polacco, ungherese, greco e portoghese \u2013&nbsp; e nella loro revisione da parte di un gruppo di manager e formator\u025c attraverso attivit\u00e0 di test. Ricevuto il loro feedback saremo pronti al lancio finale. This initiative offers a free training package designed for these professionals, equipping them with various tools to inspire and guide them toward a green transformation, where eco-innovation is seen as both an economic growth opportunity and a path to achieving environmental goals.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>Now, let\u2019s dive deeper into the work Green-ON partners have been doing over the past year and why this project might be of particular interest to you!<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What Green-ON offers<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>As mentioned, the main goal has been to develop a training package with diverse and complementary tools, specifically designed for professionals from a variety of organisations\u2014profit, non-profit, public, and private. The results can help prioritize areas for improvement and guide decision-making in the green transition process.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Card Game (<\/strong><strong><em>Greenispiration-ON<\/em><\/strong><strong>):<\/strong>&nbsp;designed to spark environmental awareness within teams, this game will encourage reflection on individual habits and promote new, sustainable workplace behaviors.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p><strong>Eco-coaching method:<\/strong>&nbsp;complementing the game, the&nbsp;<em>Corporate ECHO Program<\/em>&nbsp;will offer five independent workshops aimed at strengthening environmental awareness and action.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>The development of these tools has been guided by key competencies identified, amongst others, in the<a href=\"https:\/\/op.europa.eu\/it\/publication-detail\/-\/publication\/bc83061d-74ec-11ec-9136-01aa75ed71a1\/language-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">&nbsp;GreenComp framework<\/a>, the European framework for sustainability competencies.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:heading -->\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What\u2019s next?<\/h2>\n<!-- \/wp:heading -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>In the coming months, project partners will finalize the resources, translating them into multiple languages \u2013 Italian, Polish, Hungarian, Greek, and Portuguese \u2013 and testing them with a group of managers and trainers for feedback.
