E glob\u00e1lis kih\u00edv\u00e1sok kezel\u00e9se \u00e9rdek\u00e9ben az Eur\u00f3pai Bizotts\u00e1g 2019-ben elind\u00edtotta a European Green Deal-t (Eur\u00f3pai Z\u00f6ld Meg\u00e1llapod\u00e1st), egy \u00e1tfog\u00f3, az \u00e9ghajlatra, az energi\u00e1ra, a k\u00f6zleked\u00e9sre \u00e9s az ad\u00f3z\u00e1sra ir\u00e1nyul\u00f3 szakpolitikai csomagot, amelynek c\u00e9lja, hogy 2030-ra az 1990-es szinthez k\u00e9pest legal\u00e1bb 55%-kal cs\u00f6kkentse az \u00fcvegh\u00e1zhat\u00e1s\u00fa g\u00e1zok nett\u00f3 kibocs\u00e1t\u00e1s\u00e1t. <\/span><\/p>\n

Az \u00f6kol\u00f3giai felel\u0151ss\u00e9gv\u00e1llal\u00e1s kulcsfontoss\u00e1g\u00fa ennek az ambici\u00f3zus c\u00e9lnak az el\u00e9r\u00e9s\u00e9hez. Ahhoz azonban, hogy val\u00f3ban hat\u00e9kony legyen, a t\u00e1rsadalom minden szektor\u00e1nak – szervezeteknek, k\u00f6zint\u00e9zm\u00e9nyeknek, k\u00f6z\u00f6ss\u00e9geknek \u00e9s az egyes polg\u00e1roknak – k\u00f6z\u00f6s er\u0151fesz\u00edt\u00e9s\u00e9re van sz\u00fcks\u00e9g. <\/span><\/p>\n

A Green-ON projekt<\/strong> elk\u00f6telezett amellett, hogy t\u00e1mogassa a szervezeteket – legyenek azok mag\u00e1n- vagy \u00e1llami, profitorient\u00e1lt vagy non-profit szervezetek – ezen az \u00faton. <\/span><\/p>\n

Ilyen k\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00e9nyek k\u00f6z\u00f6tt az \u00f6koinnov\u00e1ci\u00f3 er\u0151teljes megk\u00f6zel\u00edt\u00e9st jelent a k\u00f6rnyezet \u00e9s a gazdas\u00e1g k\u00f6z\u00f6s fenntart\u00e1s\u00e1ra, de a szervezeteknek m\u00e9g mindig hi\u00e1nyzik a tudatoss\u00e1ga \u00e9s\/vagy a hajland\u00f3s\u00e1ga arra, hogy d\u00f6nt\u00e9shozatali folyamataikban \u00e9s bels\u0151 gyakorlataikban maguk\u00e9v\u00e1 tegy\u00e9k a fenntarthat\u00f3 z\u00f6ld gazd\u00e1lkod\u00e1st. <\/span><\/p>\n

To tackle these global challenges, the European Commission launched the European Green Deal in 2019, a comprehensive policy package targeting climate, energy, transport, and taxation, with the goal of reducing net greenhouse gas emissions by at least 55% by 2030, compared to 1990 levels.\n\nEco-responsibility is crucial in achieving this ambitious target. However, to be truly effective, it requires a collective effort from all sectors of society: organizations, public institutions, communites and individual citizens alike.\n\nThe Green-ON project <\/strong>is committed to supporting organizations \u2014 whether private or public, for-profit or not-for-profit \u2014 in this journey.\n\nIn such a context, eco-innovation represents a powerful approach to jointly sustain the environment and the economy, but organizations still lack awareness and\/or willingness to embrace sustainable green management within their decision-making processes team leaders or trainers to adopt sustainable management practices and engage employees in these efforts, covering key areas such as eco-innovation, green HR management, leadership, change management,
